英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言FOREIGNENGLISH
Responsible for guiding company guests, introducing the group's exhibition hall and products, and serving as a window to showcase the group's image; collaborating on business explanations and preparing, organizing, and filing related materials; assisting with meetings by handling pre-meeting preparations, chairing the meeting, and post-meeting follow-ups; hosting various monthly, quarterly, and annual events; completing other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Professional Qualifications:
1. Native English speaker with the ability to communicate in Chinese;
2. Bachelor's degree or higher required;
3. Clear logical thinking, strong communication and expression skills, and a strong learning ability; relevant background in broadcasting, hosting, hotel management, or aviation service is preferred;
4. Rich experience in business reception and explanation; experience in large corporations, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, or well-known group companies is preferred;
5. Excellent personal appearance and demeanor, gender不限 (gender unrestricted), understanding of reception etiquette, able to communicate in Chinese;
6. Outstanding language expression ability, meticulous logical thinking, and proactive service awareness.
