1.Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management, workplace related works /廠房設(shè)施相關(guān)的所有工作的組織、管理和協(xié)調(diào); 2.Establishing the resource requirements for both own and service provider staff to maintain facility related day-to-day service excellence/通過(guò)對(duì)自有團(tuán)隊(duì)和第三方服務(wù)商的有效管理保證良好的設(shè)施運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和提供良好的設(shè)施服務(wù); 3.Office safety and fire protection management/負(fù)責(zé)公司廠務(wù)安全管理、消防安全工作; 4.Office fixed assets purchase management and maintaining/廠務(wù)相關(guān)固定資產(chǎn)的請(qǐng)購(gòu)、管理、和維修事項(xiàng)的聯(lián)系和跟進(jìn); 5.Plant environment management/負(fù)責(zé)廠區(qū)環(huán)境的日常管理工作; 6.On call 24/7 to respond to any emergency/7天24小時(shí)響應(yīng)緊急狀況; 7.To control the cost of Facility.within budget and administrative expense monthly closing /廠務(wù)設(shè)施方面的預(yù)算控制及月結(jié); 8.Responsible for the safety management of all facility relate actions,employees and service provider/負(fù)責(zé)所有設(shè)施員工和服務(wù)商在廠區(qū)內(nèi)工作的規(guī)范和安全管理;
