工作職責:
1. 負責銀行賬戶的管理以及收付款、承兌、對賬等業(yè)務
2. 協(xié)助辦理銀行授信額度、提供貸款資料
3. 負責國家及集團統(tǒng)計報表的報送
4. 協(xié)助提供政府項目申報資料
5. 負責日常報銷審核及賬務處理
6. 負責財務文件的裝訂及歸檔
7. 領(lǐng)導交辦的其他事項
任職資格:
1. 會計、財務等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以及上學歷,有初級會計資格證書優(yōu)先
2. 了解國家財經(jīng)政策和會計、稅務法規(guī)
3. 熟悉銀行結(jié)算業(yè)務
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件
5. 有良好的溝通能力及團隊精神
Responsibility:
- Manage bank accounts and handle daily payments, acceptance, and reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of loan documents
- Fill inside/ outside statistical report
- Assist in the preparation of government project
- Check and review daily reimbursement
- Bind financial documents
- Others and ad hoc work may assign
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with accounting and financial or related majors (Junior certificate is preferred)
- Familiar with financial policies and tax regulations
- Familiar with bank settlement business
- Strong in using Microsoft office, excel, word, PowerPoint etc
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
