Job Description 職位描述:
1. Contact with suppliers, establish good relationship and determine relevant matters, such as inquiry, price negotiation, quality, delivery date and settlement conditions, etc;
與供應商聯(lián)系,建立良好的關(guān)系,確定有關(guān)事項,如:詢價、議價、質(zhì)量、交貨日期及結(jié)算條件等;
2. Collect market supply information, grasp market trends, develop new products and new suppliers, and maintain the relationship with existing suppliers.
負責市場供應信息的搜集,把握市場動態(tài),開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品和新供應商,并維護好與現(xiàn)有供應商的關(guān)系。
3. Select qualified suppliers, fill in the supplier evaluation records, establish a list of qualified suppliers, and select the best suppliers;
選擇合格的供方,填寫供方評定記錄,建立合格供應商名單,擇優(yōu)采購;
4. Purchase in strict accordance with the purchase plan, verify the inventory status of materials, and ensure that the purchased materials are completed on schedule, quality and quantity;
嚴格按采購計劃進行采購,核實物資庫存狀況,確保采購物資按期、按質(zhì)、按量完成。
5. When signing the supply contract, the price, quality and delivery time of the supply materials shall be well controlled, so as to achieve planning, control and tracking;
簽訂供貨合同須掌控好供應物資的價格、質(zhì)量和交期,做到有計劃、有控制、有追蹤;
6. Be responsible for regular reconciliation with suppliers to ensure clear and accurate current accounts
Qualifications 任職資格:
1. Good Speaking and Writing English is required
具有良好的英文口語及書面表達能力
2. 3-5 years of retail or relevant sales experience preferred.
3-5年零售或相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。有采購經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先錄??;
3. College Degree or equivalent work experience
大學本科學歷或同等工作經(jīng)驗
4. Demonstrated understanding of merchandising and retail math
對商業(yè)及零售業(yè)務有深刻理解
5. Experience in ecommerce is preferred
有電商經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
6. Experience in analyzing reports and drawing conclusions/recommendations
有報表分析、總結(jié)及優(yōu)化能力者優(yōu)先
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
能熟練運用微軟辦公軟件,特別是擅長Excel
8. Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
有較強的書面及口頭表達能力及較強的人際關(guān)系處理能力
