Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.
? More than 3 years of experience in in the design and development of gears and differentials
? Japanese is a plus.
? Willing to learn, self-motivated. Good communication skills, good teamplayer.
Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)
? Responsible for the matching application development of electric drive assemblies and transmission systems (gears, differentials):
? Manage the development of electric drive assemblies for vehicle models and handle corresponding tasks.
? Develop the transmission system development schedule, identify development risks, and manage the development progress.
? Formulate the development requirements and goals for the transmission system.
? Be responsible for the design review, DV/PV verification, and other project development work of the transmission system.
? Promote the rapid resolution of development and market issues related to the transmission system.

a. 熟悉傳動系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)與原理、設(shè)計要點及生產(chǎn)工藝；
b. 熟悉傳動系統(tǒng)常見故障模式及其解決方案；
c. 邏輯思維、溝通協(xié)調(diào)與組織能力、執(zhí)行力強，具備團隊協(xié)作精神；
d. 熟悉規(guī)范流程知識；
e. 具備主機廠開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗
本科及以上學(xué)歷，車輛工程、機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
具備3年以上齒輪和差速器設(shè)計與開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
會日語者優(yōu)先；
學(xué)習(xí)意愿強，積極主動，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神。
主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)
負(fù)責(zé)電驅(qū)總成與傳動系統(tǒng)（齒輪、差速器）的匹配應(yīng)用開發(fā)：
管理車型電驅(qū)總成的開發(fā)工作，并處理相應(yīng)任務(wù)；
制定傳動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)進度計劃，識別開發(fā)風(fēng)險，管理開發(fā)進度；
擬定傳動系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)需求與目標(biāo)；
負(fù)責(zé)傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計評審、DV/PV驗證等項目開發(fā)工作；
推動傳動系統(tǒng)相關(guān)開發(fā)問題與市場問題的快速解決。
