Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree (above) in electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required. -At least 8+ years’ working experience in facility management function and in which at least 5+ years in world-known leading professional FM service companies; -Proven at least 5+ years of manager role and have more than 5 direct report staff. -Strong project management ability & proven successful experience. -Competent knowledge of country and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and good command of engineering & facilities regulations, GB (national standard) and local regulations. -Excellent in Chinese and English language in terms of reading, writing and speaking. Able to work in a non-Chinese language environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong capability in event Planning & organization with proven successful experience.
