Job/Position Summary
These Key responsibilities of this position include developing and supporting the global deployment of product testing and support systems for laboratory and high-volume manufacturing lines, customer on site product platform setup and demo (For example Actuator).
Major Areas of Responsibility
· Implement and maintain well-disciplined engineering workflows for test system /support system development, deployment, and change control.
· Develop world–class solutions that automate product testing and support other critical manufacturing functions.
· On-site support Production line to ensure product test scanner, laser machine work well, assure the “first-point” role and work with Oversea team to identify issue root cause.

Ability to take ownership of large tasks and /or projects with little or no assistance from others.
·
Leads of design, documentation, and code reviews.
·
Follow industry best practice norms to ensure robust software design.
·
Excellent problem solving, team play, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Anticipate system needs, identify problems, think creatively, and methodically develop software solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
·
Proven experience with LabVIEW, .NET (including VB.Net and /or C#) is required; Python scripting experience is preferred.
·
Hands-on experience in test equipment development using NI (National Instruments) instrumentation/devices is required.
·
Knowledge of vehicle protocols (e.g., SENT, CAN J1939) and bus/interface technologies (e.g., GPIB, RS-232/485, USB) is required.

Basic Electronics/Electrical Knowledge, Understand PC Computer Structure and Network.
·
Experience in developing and validating test equipment for product validation—including performance testing under varying environmental conditions is required.
·
Good self-motivated, willing to study, and good hands-on abilities and practices.
·
No problem to communicate with English in speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Education and Experience
·
Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
·
5+ years of experience in software development and database management for manufacturing applications required.
Physical Demands
Ability to work several hours at a computer
Ability to travel (domestic and international) as needed

Extended periods in the manufacturing environment.
