DQEQE汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系汽車研發(fā)/制造汽車零部件
主要工作職責(zé)
設(shè)計質(zhì)量體系搭建與執(zhí)行:
主導(dǎo)制定產(chǎn)品設(shè)計階段的質(zhì)量控制計劃(DFMEA、DRBFM 等),確保符合 IATF16949 質(zhì)量管理體系要求,推動設(shè)計質(zhì)量工具在項目中的落地應(yīng)用。
參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程(APQP),從設(shè)計源頭識別潛在質(zhì)量風(fēng)險,提出改進(jìn)方案并跟蹤閉環(huán),確保設(shè)計輸出滿足客戶圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及功能需求。
Design Quality System Establishment & Implementation:
Lead the development of design-phase quality control plans (DFMEA, DRBFM, etc.), ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards, and promote the application of design quality tools in projects.
Participate in new product development processes (APQP), identify potential quality risks at the design stage, propose improvement plans, and track closure to ensure design outputs meet customer drawings, standards, and functional requirements.
跨部門與客戶協(xié)作:
作為設(shè)計質(zhì)量接口人,與研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、采購等部門緊密協(xié)作,推動設(shè)計變更的質(zhì)量評審與驗證,確保變更方案的可行性與合規(guī)性。
直接對接主機廠客戶,參與設(shè)計評審會議(如 PPAP 提交、客戶質(zhì)量問題溝通),用流利英語進(jìn)行口頭及書面匯報,解答客戶關(guān)于設(shè)計質(zhì)量的疑問。
Cross-departmental & Customer Collaboration:
Act as the design quality interface, collaborate closely with R&D, production, and procurement departments to promote quality review and verification of design changes, ensuring feasibility and compliance.
Directly interface with OEM customers, participate in design review meetings (e.g., PPAP submission, customer quality issue communication), communicate fluently in English (both verbally and in writing), and address customer inquiries on design quality.

運用豐富的汽車零配件項目經(jīng)驗,主導(dǎo)設(shè)計階段質(zhì)量問題的分析與解決,制定糾正預(yù)防措施(CAPA),并跟蹤驗證效果。
總結(jié)過往項目中的設(shè)計質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗,形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程或知識庫,為新項目提供參考,提升團(tuán)隊整體設(shè)計質(zhì)量能力。
Project Experience Application & Problem Solving:
Utilize extensive automotive components project experience to lead analysis and resolution of design-phase quality issues, develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track verification results.
Summarize design quality experience from past projects, establish standardized processes or knowledge bases to support new projects and enhance the team’s overall design quality capabilities.
持續(xù)改進(jìn)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)化:
定期評估設(shè)計質(zhì)量管控流程的有效性,結(jié)合行業(yè)最新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(如 IATF16949 更新)及客戶反饋,推動體系優(yōu)化與工具升級。
參與供應(yīng)商設(shè)計質(zhì)量審核,指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商提升設(shè)計輸出質(zhì)量,確保供應(yīng)鏈端的設(shè)計合規(guī)性。
Continuous Improvement & Standard Optimization:
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of design quality control processes, promote system optimization and tool upgrades based on the latest industry standards (e.g., IATF16949 updates) and customer feedback.
Participate in supplier design quality audits, guide suppliers to improve design output quality, and ensure design compliance across the supply chain.
任職要求
學(xué)歷與專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,機械、汽車工程、材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
工作經(jīng)驗:5 年以上汽車零配件行業(yè)設(shè)計質(zhì)量(DQE)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備至少 3 個完整的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)(APQP)項目主導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗,熟悉發(fā)動機、底盤或電子電器類零配件者優(yōu)先。
專業(yè)技能:
精通 IATF16949 質(zhì)量管理體系及五大工具(APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA),能獨立主導(dǎo) DFMEA 編制與評審。
具備較強的問題分析能力,熟練運用 8D、魚骨圖等工具解決設(shè)計階段質(zhì)量問題。
語言能力:英語聽說讀寫流利,能作為工作語言與外籍客戶或團(tuán)隊無障礙溝通(如主持英文會議、撰寫英文報告)。
軟技能:具備優(yōu)秀的跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力、邏輯思維與抗壓能力,能在復(fù)雜項目中推動目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Job Requirements
Education & Major:Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Work Experience:Over 5 years of experience in design quality engineering (DQE) within the automotive components industry; at least 3 years of lead complete new product development (APQP) projects. Familiarity with engine, chassis, or electrical/electronic components is preferred.
Professional Skills:
Proficient in IATF16949 quality management system and the 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA); capable of independently manage DFMEA preparation and reviews.
Strong problem-analysis skills, proficient in using 8D, fishbone diagrams, etc., to solve design-phase quality issues.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate seamlessly with international clients or teams as a working language (e.g., hosting English meetings, writing English reports).
Soft Skills:Excellent cross-departmental coordination, logical thinking, and pressure resistance; able to drive goal achievement in complex projects.
