崗位職責(zé):
1.專業(yè)接聽電話,解答有關(guān)產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)的咨詢;
2.挖掘銷售機(jī)會,主動推進(jìn)附加產(chǎn)品銷售或跨品類商品銷售(upsell/cross
sell)
3. 協(xié)同主管處理重要客戶投訴;
4.使用電腦系統(tǒng)記錄、收集信息并解決客戶問題;
5.在達(dá)成工作效率標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與目標(biāo)的同時,保持最高水平的客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
1.Answer calls professionally to provide information
about 2.products and services.
2. Develop opportunity to upsell and cross sell various
products.
3.Coordinates with Supervisor in handling important
client complaint.
4.Use computer system to track, gather information and troubleshoot customer issues
5.Achieve productivity standards and goals while
