1. check the matters and workflow related to the facilities in the renovation and maintenance plan. 施工方案審核&協(xié)調(diào) : 檢查裝修、維修方案中與設(shè)施有關(guān)的事項(xiàng)及工作流程,明確該施工對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水、電、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、噪音等影響,與項(xiàng)目和施工方協(xié)調(diào)施工時(shí)間等細(xì)節(jié); 2. Daily office environment inspection and maintenance follow-up (need to have strong electricity basic timely and understand UPS&AC working principle); 日常辦公室環(huán)境檢查及維修跟進(jìn)(需要具備強(qiáng)電基本知識(shí)并了解和UPS&AC的工作原理); 3. review and coordinate the distribution needs of all Non-IT assets in Chong Qing site. 審核并協(xié)調(diào)站點(diǎn)所有Non-IT資產(chǎn)的分配需求; 4. Connect with all kinds of Global FM-related data collection, form filling and feedback communication. 對(duì)接Global所有與FM相關(guān)的各類(lèi)數(shù)據(jù)收集、表格填寫(xiě)及溝通反饋等工作 5. Coordinate with vendors for business support; 多方供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)及業(yè)務(wù)管理; 6. Coordinate with internal team work; 部門(mén)其他事物的協(xié)調(diào)支持; 7. Properly handle the complaints and suggestions from the staff to ensure the continuous improvement of Facility team. 處理各部門(mén)/員工對(duì)行政部門(mén)所提出的投訴、改善建議,確保后勤服務(wù)的不斷完善,形 成良性的循環(huán)。 Recruitment requirement: 1. Good knowledge of office software, and good command of English reading. 熟練掌握各種辦公軟件,有良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀基礎(chǔ). 2. At least 5 years’ related work experience and good willingness to learn would be priority. 有五年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且有積極的學(xué)習(xí)意愿. 3. High electric related working experience, understanding the UPS and AC working . 強(qiáng)電相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),熟悉UPS 和空調(diào)等工作原理. 4.
