Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage the TTQ team to achieve project quality goals and client satisfaction. ? Develop and execute training, quality, and compliance strategies aligned with client’s requirements. ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodology. ? Monitor and evaluate TTQ performance, provide coaching, and implement development plans for team members. ? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication and operational alignment. ? Ensure compliance with COPC standards and other quality frameworks. Key Requirements: 1. Language Skills: Fluent English, minimum B2 level or above. No gap in oral communication. 2. Professional Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge and proven experience in Quality management. Experience in E-commerce business is preferred. Familiar with Six Sigma projects and implementation; 6S & COPC certification is a plus. 3. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong ability in talent development within Training, Quality, and Compliance functions (TTQ). 4. Team Management: Capable of managing a team of 10+ (3+ Trainers, 6+ Transaction QA and Compliance QA). Responsible for the overall management and development of the TTQ team to ensure operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field. ? Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or COPC preferred. ? Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
