- English reading, writing and speaking skill - 2years above management experience in Call center - Good learning and execution skills, as well as the ability to solve problems independently. - Have 0-1 project setup experience is preferred - Able to manage multiple projects with guidance from OM ( this role will manage both the new project + Enel X) - Good communication skill and KPI management skill - Good people care and motivation skill - 09:00-18:00 Monday to Sunday China , may need to oncall during weekend.
