Job Title: Associate Foreign Principal
Department: Head Office
Reports to: General Director of Orange County International Education Development (OCIED) Asia-Pacific Office
Location: Beijing or Shenzhen
Company Name: Beijing OCAHS International Academy Inc.
Employment Contract: it will be package pay based on the market price of similar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
v To assist the General Director to supervise the OCIED’s educational centers in China.
v To assist the General Director to apply holistic education philosophy, teaching model and methodology to OCAHS schools.
v To assist the General Director to start A-Level programs including but not limit to curriculum design, marketing promotions, staff recruiting and trainings.
v To establish and coordinate educational resources, students’ ECA activities partners and international colleges and schools for China partner schools.
v To organize college fairs for China partner high schools.
v To promote OCIED’s programs and educational programs in Asian countries especially in China through public media and on-site visits.
v To lead counselors to guide students to apply for top international universities.
v To guide the top students to make plan for studies, exams, activities, school selection, essay writing and polishing-up as early as three years in advance.
v Participate in promotional campaigns for student recruitment, and give speech on behalf of the school.
v To participate in events, activities on behalf of OCIED.
Requirements
v Master degree or above from an elite, accredited college/university
v A-Level related experiences and trainings, experiences with IB, AP programs are plus.
v Strong leadership and management skills
v Native English speaker
v Medium level or above Mandarin preferred

v Business experience and strong personal skills required.
v Good manner and strong public speaking skills required.
v Familiar with international high school curriculum.
v Background in admissions or college counseling preferred.
v Ease and experience with computers, internet, OA apps and emails, and proficient typing abilities.
