Accountabilities 職責(zé):
1.Oversee Tax Account to Tax Report Process activities to meet KPI requirements for service, maintain & improve working quality;
整體稅務(wù)工作流程的KPI達(dá)成情況,提高工作質(zhì)量
2.Monitoring tax accountant daily tax compliance-related work for in charge legal entities;
負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)實(shí)體的日產(chǎn)稅務(wù)工作及合規(guī)工作,包括不限于稅金計(jì)算,稅務(wù)申報(bào),稅務(wù)報(bào)表等
3.Provide professional tax advise to internal client;
為內(nèi)部客戶提供稅務(wù)建議
4.Assist Tax Manager in identifying potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization;
協(xié)助稅務(wù)經(jīng)理識(shí)別潛在的改進(jìn)領(lǐng)域,支持項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,以推動(dòng)持續(xù)優(yōu)化
5.Dealing with the tax audit or challenges; deal with tax authorities and auditor to solve tax issue;
處理稅務(wù)審計(jì)或稅務(wù)挑戰(zhàn);與稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)和審計(jì)人員溝通解決稅務(wù)問題
6.Ensure proper internal controls in Tax process, no material weaknesses possible, e.g. the tax control part in internal process documents
確保稅務(wù)流程的內(nèi)部控制,不存在重大缺陷,如內(nèi)部流程文件中的稅務(wù)控制部分 執(zhí)行復(fù)雜事務(wù)的處理
7.To perform processing of complex transactions;

8.Team Management;

9.To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assist customers to success.

?Education 教育:
Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上學(xué)歷
Experience and Languages 經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1.At least 2 years solid tax or finance working experience in multinational company or consulting firm;
至少2年以上的財(cái)會(huì)或稅務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)或跨國公司企業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
2.PM experience or similar position will be a plus;
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(如有更好)
3.Strong knowledge on tax requirements;
了解稅務(wù)法規(guī)
4.Willing to work under pressure and take challenge;
愿意接受挑戰(zhàn)
5.Language: written English& oral English.
書寫英語及日??谡Z溝通.
Technical competencies (Job related) 技術(shù):
1.Good skill in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/VBA / Power BI technic will be a plus;
熟練的Excel 操作,如果會(huì)使用SAP/VBA是加分項(xiàng)
2.Excellent internal customer relations.
