Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
Design and implement a seamless onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team and company culture.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues in a fair and confidential manner.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
3. Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management system, performance reviews, and development
planning.
Provide guidance to managers on conducting effective performance conversations and giving constructive feedback.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Learning & Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Design, coordinate, and deliver relevant training programs (e.g., leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
Support career development initiatives for employees.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with company strategy and local market practices.
Assist in salary benchmarking, bonus calculations, and benefits administration.
Communicate compensation and benefits information effectively to employees.
6. HR Strategy & Partnering:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide HR guidance and support to department heads and managers.
Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related
field.
* Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a large-scale automotive manufacturing.
* In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
* Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Fluency in English is required.
