崗位職責:
Jobresponsibilities:
1、客戶安全評估,付款條款談判。
Be responsible for client creditassessment and payment terms negotiation.
2、處理客戶詢盤,推薦合適產品。
Deal with client enquiriesand recommend suitable products.
3、準確及時寄出樣品,并跟進樣品反饋。
Send offthe samples correctly and in time. Follow up sample feedback as well.
4、 在ERP系統(tǒng)中進行訂單操作。
Operatethe orders in ERP system.
5、 跟蹤生產反饋及后續(xù)訂單。
Follow up production feedback and subsequentorders.
6、 根據(jù)客戶需求合理準備庫存。
Preparesafety inventory according to client demand.
7、 處理客戶投訴和抱怨。
Dealwith client complaints.
任職要求:
1、本科學歷,化學類、英語類、國貿類專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Having bachelor's degree in chemical,international trade or English majors is preferred.
2、英語六級以上,口語流利標準,擅長商務信函寫作;良好的溝通能力和計算機應用能力;
CET 6 or above is required. Be fluent in oral Englishand good at writing business letters.
3、1年以上外貿實際操作經(jīng)驗;
Have over one yearpractical experience in foreign trade.
4、學習能力強,能承受工作壓力.
Requiregood ability in learning and to work under pressure.
