1,Perform Licensing contract and amendment status reporting for Contract Administration (CMC)
2,Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including performing Licensing contract and amendment tasks and activities for merchandise and publishing licensees.
3,Conduct royalty, SKU/ISBN and Licensing Rights analysis for CMC, Legal and Finance
4,Ability to identify and resolve contract system issues; perform analysis and make recommendations for issue resolution
5,Ability to provide appropriate, timely escalation of issues, participate in meetings and calls with IT, Regional CMC Offices, Licensing, Legal and Business Affairs and Regional CMC Offices.
6,Organize and conduct system training to Licensing and CMC teams, participate in system and process improvement projects; create and present diagrams and workflows charts.
7,Administrate Master Data creation and maintenance within SAP and Client downstream systems
8,Coordinate with Legal and Business Affairs to determine and request comprehensive character coding creation.
任職資格
1,Bachelor’s degree in law preferred, but Business Administration, Finance degree acceptable provided if this is backed up with strong related experience.
2,12+ years of experience in contract administration, with prior experience with contracts and/or experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
3,Should possess the capability of analyzing and review the work product of Contract Analysts
4,Comprehensive understanding of contract management principles, practices, and procedures.
5,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
6,Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
7,Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management activities.
8,Complete complex tasks and projects requiring independent initiative.
9,Proven track record of driving results and knowledge of industry-specific regulations (preferable entertainment industry) and compliance standards related to contract management preferred.
10,Should be open to work in shifts/different time zones.
