About the job
The overall purpose with this role is to contribute to maintain existing business and develop new business in personal care market of Eastern and Northern China.
In your future role as “Account Manager-Personal Care” you will
· Maintain and develop business with existing customers, including GKA and local key accounts.
· Develop new business through new promotion, technical workshop, tailor -made projects, etc.
· Properly manage responsible distributor, including forecast, order, monthly report, sampling, and so on.
· Keep and improve relationship with both direct and in-direct target customers to grow business in responsible territory.
· Manage both externally and internally for all commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needs
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of Nouryon HPC solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements
· Build up and maintain strong customer relationship and intimacy
· Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and market
· Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team
· Full implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc by monthly basis
· Work collaboratively with peers and management to ensure individual and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved, and team-based culture fostered
· Consistently adhere to and follow all Nouryon core value principles and business requirements and guideline

· 5-8 years commercial experience in B2B business.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates respect for people
· Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast
· Strong communication and listening skills that are customer orientated and focused on exceeding customer expectations
· Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving
· Passionate about working with people
· Degree in Chemistry, Polymer science, business management, or related majors, engineering is preferred
· Previous commercial experience within Personal Care and home care Industry are preferred.
