崗位職責(zé):
? Coordinate service delivery schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient operations.
? Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
? Manage case files, documentation, and follow-up actions to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
? Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales, logistics) to align service execution with client needs.
? Monitor inventory and facilitate spare parts sales coordination for equipment maintenance.
? Generate reports on service metrics, including response times, client satisfaction, and resource utilization.

? Experience: 2+ years in customer service, technical coordination, or related fields.
? Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
Problem-solving skills to manage complex service scenarios.
? Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of multitasking.
? Education:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.
? Certifications (Optional):
Relevant certifications in project management or service coordination (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are advantageous
