Assist the PM in formulating the annual overall objectives and implementation plans for the responsible region according to ENB after-sales factory requirements;
? 負(fù)責(zé)售后所轄片區(qū)內(nèi)一線操作工以及職能人員的日常管理；
Responsible for the daily management of front-line operators and functional personnel in the after-sales area;
? 負(fù)責(zé)售后所轄片區(qū)KPI（客戶滿意度，EE4 case的閉環(huán)率，一次維修合格率，EHS指標(biāo)，財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)）的監(jiān)控及達(dá)成；
Responsible for monitoring and achieving the KPI (customer satisfaction, EE4 case closure rate, first-time repair pass rate, EHS indicators, financial indicators) of the after-sales service area under their jurisdiction;
