結(jié)合片區(qū)PM工作策劃，負責片區(qū)人員工作安排、工裝/器具調(diào)配、資源協(xié)調(diào)、入場溝通、項目進度推進等整體管控。
Combine with area PM work planning, responsible for overall management of personnel work arrangement, tooling/equipment allocation, resource coordination, site entry communication, project progress advancement, etc.
負責執(zhí)行項目成本、進度目標管控，依照作業(yè)實際情況及時做出調(diào)整，最大程度協(xié)調(diào)資源降低現(xiàn)場窩工及不必要等待浪費。
Responsible for implementing project cost and schedule control targets, making timely adjustments according to actual work conditions, and maximizing resource coordination to reduce on-site idleness and unnecessary waiting waste.
一、工作職責：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 全面負責售后片區(qū)服務工作：
Fully responsible for the after-sales area service work:
? 協(xié)助PM根據(jù)ENB售后工廠要求制定所轄片區(qū)年度總目標及實施計劃；
Assist the PM in formulating the annual overall objectives and implementation plans for the responsible region according to ENB after-sales factory requirements;
? 負責售后所轄片區(qū)內(nèi)一線操作工以及職能人員的日常管理；
Responsible for the daily management of front-line operators and functional personnel in the after-sales area;
? 負責售后所轄片區(qū)KPI（客戶滿意度，EE4 case的閉環(huán)率，一次維修合格率，EHS指標，財務指標）的監(jiān)控及達成；
Responsible for monitoring and achieving the KPI (customer satisfaction, EE4 case closure rate, first-time repair pass rate, EHS indicators, financial indicators) of the after-sales service area under their jurisdiction;
? 負責售后所轄片區(qū)風場作業(yè)過程中安全、環(huán)保管理工作；
Responsible for the safety and environmental protection management of the wind farm operation in the area under the jurisdiction of the after-sales service;
? 負責重大事故應急處理；
Responsible for emergency response to major accidents;
? 負責所轄片區(qū)業(yè)務質(zhì)量（服務以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量）的監(jiān)管；
Responsible for the supervision of business quality (service and product quality) in the area under its jurisdiction;
2. 售后服務實施：
After-sales service implementation:
? 負責售后所轄片區(qū)工作具體部署與實施；
Responsible for the specific deployment and implementation of the work in the area under the jurisdiction of the after-sales service;
? 負責與項目經(jīng)理具體了解現(xiàn)場事務及其相關(guān)維修業(yè)務信息的收集；
Responsible for the collection of on-site affairs and related maintenance business information with the project manager;
? 負責接受任務并根據(jù)需求組建維修隊伍；
Responsible for accepting tasks and forming maintenance teams according to needs;
? 落實維修方案，按公司安全、質(zhì)量等體系要求進行業(yè)務管理；
Implement the maintenance plan and carry out business management according to the company's safety, quality and other system requirements;
? 負責實施過程中現(xiàn)場事務的溝通與解答；
Responsible for the communication and answering of on-site affairs during the implementation process;
? 負責區(qū)域內(nèi)資源的協(xié)調(diào)與調(diào)度，確保各項任務的正常實施，包括人員、材料、設(shè)備等；
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of resources within the designated area, ensuring the smooth implementation of various tasks, including personnel, materials, equipment, etc.;
? 負責落實維修進度，提高現(xiàn)場效率，把控資源浪費，對實施過程中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、證據(jù)進行核實，確保證據(jù)的真實性、充分性及完整性。
Responsible for implementing maintenance progress, improving on-site efficiency, controlling resource waste, and verifying relevant data and evidence during the implementation process to ensure the authenticity, adequacy, and completeness of the evidence.
3. 售后結(jié)算：
After-sales settlement:
? 負責對售后每月成本數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)算，以及每月項目成本分攤；（需要形成崗位手冊）
Responsible for the monthly settlement of after-sales cost data, as well as the monthly allocation of project costs; (a job manual needs to be developed)
? 熟悉行業(yè)內(nèi)外包業(yè)務結(jié)算的方式方法，進行差異化分析，為下一步做好成本控制做好準備。
Familiar with settlement methods for outsourcing businesses within and outside the industry, conduct differential analysis, and prepare for the next step of effective cost control.
