倉儲供應(yīng)鏈管理庫存管理庫位管理
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)倉庫物料出入手續(xù)的監(jiān)督和檢查，保證物料出入有據(jù)，手續(xù)齊全；
1. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the warehouse material handling procedures to ensure proper documentation and complete formalities for material entries and exits;
2、負(fù)責(zé)物料存量及入廠時間的協(xié)調(diào)和管控，減少呆料和待料；
2. Responsible for coordinating and managing material inventory and inbound schedules to minimize idle and pending materials;
3、負(fù)責(zé)倉庫的物料盤點計劃的制訂及盤點過程監(jiān)督，對盤點結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析，盤點異常物料及時上報并制訂有效改善措施；
3. Responsible for the formulation of warehouse material inventory plans and the supervision of the inventory process, conducting statistical analysis of inventory results, promptly reporting abnormal materials, and implementing effective improvement measures;
4、負(fù)責(zé)各類呆滯物料.半成品.成品以及客戶退貨產(chǎn)品的報表擬定，并跟蹤處理過程；
4. Responsible for preparing reports on various types of stagnant materials, semi-finished products, finished goods, and returned products from customers, as well as tracking the handling process;
5、負(fù)責(zé)物料倉儲管理，倉庫現(xiàn)場7S、安全、倉儲位置規(guī)劃等管理；
5. Responsible for material storage management, including on-site 7S, safety, and storage location planning.
6、負(fù)責(zé)物流/快遞廠商的管理，對物流快遞供應(yīng)商的開發(fā).審核評估及合約簽訂；
6. Responsible for the management of logistics/courier vendors, including the development, review, evaluation, and contract signing of logistics and courier suppliers;
7、負(fù)責(zé)部門組織建設(shè)管理，部門規(guī)章制度完善更新，并保證有效實施。
7. Responsible for departmental organizational construction management, the improvement and updating of departmental rules and regulations, and ensuring their effective implementation.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工類（機(jī)械電子/通信工程/物理/化學(xué)）等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
1. Bachelor
s degree or higher,major in science and engineering (e.g., Mechanical and Electronic Engineering/Communication Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related majors;
2、5年以上電子/半導(dǎo)體封裝/汽車制造/自動化設(shè)備類大型制造業(yè)倉庫管理崗位相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷；
2.5+years relevant work experience in warehouse management positions within large-scale manufacturing industries such as electronics/semiconductors, automotive manufacturing, or automation equipment;
3、具備良好的計劃、組織、執(zhí)行、溝通能力。
3. Possess strong planning, organizational, execution, and communication skills.
