薪酬福利績效管理員工關(guān)系
崗位職責:
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經(jīng)營目標，制定本部門的年度工作目標和各階段工作目標；

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，人力資源管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2、8年以上制造業(yè)人事管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗，5年及以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 5+ years in similar role.
3、 在人力資源各模塊有豐富的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗，擅長招聘、培訓、薪酬、績效等模塊，熟悉國家、地方相關(guān)政策和法律法規(guī)，持有國家人力資源管理二級職稱證書優(yōu)先；
3. Rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, good at recruitment, training, salary, performance and other modules, familiar with national and local relevant policies and and regulations, and have a national second-level human resources management professional qualification certificate.
4、 具備良好的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
