Job Overview
  • Responsible for BU production costing process, incl. BOM & Routing setup, standard cost approval, variance analysis, BU result consolidation and analysis
  • Assist in Budget process
  • Drive the BU China operation cost improvement efforts, includes the loss identification / actions & project initiation / result follow up
  • Prepare the Capital investment business case for BU China
  • Manage the Capital investment approval and execution process for BU China
  • Key project supports, includes financial simulation, market intelligence collection, feasibility study, project administrative etc
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
  • Previously worked in management accounting or costing analyst type roles for a minimum of 2 years
  • Previously worked in manufacturing industry
  • Experience related to Costing, FP&A would be preferred
  • Statistically-minded, strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems. Experience working with financial data and fully integrated systems, Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase and IFS an advantage
  • Team communication skill
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written will be necessary to communicate effectively
  • across the regions, as well as presentation skills
  • Planning and Organizing Skills, Strategic thinking/planning, Creative thinking, Energy and Enthusiasm
Education and Certifications
  • Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis related majors
  • CPA preferred
