2.至少3年石化管道工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉閥門，熟悉溫州麗水一帶的閥門供應(yīng)商
3.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
4.電子表格、演示文稿和文檔（Microsoft
Excel、PowerPoint、Word等）的IT技能
5.西班牙語熟練者優(yōu)先
6.熟悉國際付款方式，如信用證、電匯等。
7.熟悉物流和貨運(yùn)代理港口操作程序
教育、背景和培訓(xùn)要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷
2.國際貿(mào)易相關(guān)專業(yè)
3.3-5年外貿(mào)/采購經(jīng)驗
4.有閥門及相關(guān)制品貿(mào)易或制造商工作經(jīng)驗。
工作地點(diǎn)：
溫州，但偶爾需要出差。
詳細(xì)的工作要求：
1.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)合同執(zhí)行中的所有商業(yè)操作，如信用證開立。
2.負(fù)責(zé)供貨的交貨時間，根據(jù)供應(yīng)商發(fā)布的制造進(jìn)度監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)，預(yù)測可能的延誤，并配合相關(guān)部門采取對策。
3.驗證供應(yīng)商/次級供應(yīng)商是否嚴(yán)格遵守時間表，并與質(zhì)量部門合作，確保向客戶提供合格的產(chǎn)品。
4.配合質(zhì)量部門進(jìn)行最終檢驗或裝載檢驗。
5.與物流部門或指定的貨運(yùn)代理協(xié)調(diào)貨物的交付。
6.監(jiān)督并敦促供應(yīng)商提交最終裝運(yùn)文件，并確保文件的有效性。

Job Description:
The goal of this position is to manage
various valve related projects to ensure smooth and continuous progress,
including being responsible for supply delivery time, monitoring production
based on manufacturing progress released by suppliers, predicting possible
delays, and collaborating with relevant departments to take countermeasures.
Skills and abilities required:
1. Have experience in foreign trade, urging
delivery, and project handling, and have knowledge of valve products.
2. At least 3 years of experience in
petrochemical pipeline work, familiar with valves, and familiar with valve
suppliers in the Lishui & Wenzhou area.
3. Good English listening, speaking,
reading, and writing skills
4. IT skills for spreadsheets,
presentations, and documents (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
5. Spanish proficiency is preferred
6. Familiar with international payment
methods such as letters of credit, wire transfers, etc.
7. Familiar with logistics and freight
forwarding port operation procedures
Education, background, and training
requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. International trade-related majors
3.3-5 years of experience in foreign
trade/procurement
4. Have experience in trading or
manufacturing valves and related products.
Work location:
Wenzhou, but occasionally requires business
trips.
Detailed job requirements:
1. Responsible for coordinating all
commercial operations during contract execution, such as opening letters of
credit.
2. Responsible for the delivery time of the
supply, monitoring production based on the manufacturing progress released by
the supplier, predicting possible delays, and cooperating with relevant
departments to take countermeasures.
3. Verify whether suppliers/sub suppliers
strictly adhere to the schedule and collaborate with the quality department to
ensure the provision of qualified products to customers.
4. Cooperate with the quality department
for final inspection or loading inspection.
5. Coordinate the delivery of goods with
the logistics department or designated freight forwarder.
6. Supervise and urge suppliers to submit
final shipping documents and ensure their validity.
