工作內(nèi)容:
- 為推廣公司產(chǎn)品,向客戶提供配氣機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用技術(shù)咨詢。To promote the products, provide technical consultation about valve-train product application to the OEM customers.
- 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部各相關(guān)職能部門完成所負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用工作。To coordinate development related activities within internal cross functions related to the application for assigned projects.
- 根據(jù)公司的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,進(jìn)行配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的布置,并針對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的干涉問(wèn)題、運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)/動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。To design and to optimize valve-train layout with regard to packaging issues and kinematic / kinetic in accordance with internal guidelines.
- 用KinValve等公司相關(guān)軟件完成運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)計(jì)算,并根據(jù)內(nèi)部評(píng)判準(zhǔn)則對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。To perform valve-train kinematic calculation with appropriate software such as the KinValve, etc., as well as to evaluate the calculated results in accordance with internal criteria.
- 執(zhí)行滾子接觸應(yīng)力、額定載荷及壽命計(jì)算。To perform roller bearing calculation with regard to contact stress, load capability and roller life.
- 支持產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作,協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)部門定義產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)及其限制條件。To contribute to the product development, to support design team to define the design target and constraints of the product.
- 創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)FMEA并對(duì)其進(jìn)行維護(hù)。To create the System FMEA as well as to maintain it.
- 負(fù)責(zé)DVP的創(chuàng)建并協(xié)調(diào)完成所以試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。To be responsible for DVP.
- 發(fā)起和協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)工作,并協(xié)調(diào)中央技術(shù)、計(jì)算及試驗(yàn)部門完成任務(wù)。To initiate and coordinate related R&D activities within internal cross functions such as central engineering, calculation and testing team.
- 提出RPA需求,并支持RPA分析工作及報(bào)告撰寫。To initiate and contribute to Returned Parts Analysis activities and RPA report.
- 就圖紙技術(shù)參數(shù)及其他產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件與客戶協(xié)商。To negotiate with customer for technical issues related to the specifications in EDD drawing, or relevant technical documents of the product.
- 支持DFMEA的創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)。To contribute to creation and maintenance of components DFMEA.
- 支持產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)部門的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品分析對(duì)標(biāo)工作。To support product development team on benchmarking activities.
- 支持生產(chǎn)及質(zhì)量部門處理客戶抱怨。To support production and quality teams in handling customer’s complaints.
- 處理各種相關(guān)工作流程,如RFQ、樣件訂單、工程變更、技術(shù)協(xié)議及合同審核流程等。Deal with internal workflows such as RFQ procedure, sample order, engineering change management, technical agreement & contract assessment procedure etc.

Employee, who is on this position, has following responsibilities:
- 作為與客戶的主要技術(shù)接口,發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)并獲取該業(yè)務(wù)。協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關(guān)職能部門,推動(dòng)制定技術(shù)方案,保證同時(shí)滿足客戶要求、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn),及舍弗勒相關(guān)規(guī)定。To be the main technical interface with customer and to identify and acquire potential projects. In alignment with relevant cross functions and superior to work out technical solution respecting customer’s requirements, valid regulations & applicable laws, standards and processes as required by Schaeffler business unit.
- 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關(guān)職能部門,完成產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用工作。承擔(dān)如下主要職責(zé):配氣系統(tǒng)級(jí)別的計(jì)算分析及評(píng)估、解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題、推動(dòng)集體決策,以及向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層匯報(bào)。Coordinate relevant internal cross functions to make sure the success of the development and application of the products. Play the major role for the Valve Train system level calculation, analysis & evaluation, problem resolving, team decision making, as well as the reporting to management.

崗位要求:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- More than 3 years relevant working experience
- Project management knowledge
- familiar with product development process (VEP, PEP), valve train product development tools & methods, such as layout optimization in Pro/E, kinematic/kinetic calculation and the post evaluation, DFMEA, DVP etc.
