Responsibilities工作職責(zé): - Responsible for customer support of test and measurement instruments; 負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量測(cè)試儀器的客戶支持; - Provide remote technical support to customers via email/phone call; 通過郵件或者電話,為客戶提供遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支持;
- Work closely with colleagues of P&S department and resolve technical problems efficiently; 與P&S部門的同事緊密合作,高效地解決技術(shù)問題; - Ensure each support case is closed, input cases into database; 確保每件支持案例都結(jié)案,并輸入案例到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù); - Collect frequently asked questions and answers, input into database; 收集常見的問題及解答,輸入數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù); - Share information with headquarter and other customer support centers; 與總部以及其它區(qū)域客戶支持中心分享信息; Qualifications職位要求: - Bachelor degree or above,Majored in Electronics /Telecomm Engineering or related is a plus; 學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上學(xué)歷,電子/通信工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
- Good knowledge of RF and radio communication techniques; 對(duì)射頻和移動(dòng)通信有深入了解;
- Familiar with one or more programming language (C/C++, VB, MATLAB, Python etc.) is preferred; 熟悉一種或多種編程語(yǔ)言者(C/C++, VB, MATLAB, Python等) 優(yōu)先; - Strong interest and passion in serving customers via email or phone call;
