Job Responsibilities:
?Market Analysis and Research
Continuously monitor and analyze the global bulk thermal coal market trends, prices, supply and demand conditions. You need to gather information from various sources such as industry reports, news, and market data providers to make informed decisions.
Assess the impact of macroeconomic factors, policy changes, and industry developments on the thermal coal import market.
?Supplier Management
Identify and establish relationships with reliable overseas suppliers of bulk thermal coal. You are responsible for negotiating favorable purchase terms, including price, quality specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers to ensure their credibility, financial stability, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly to maintain a smooth supply chain.
?Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic customers, such as power plants, industrial enterprises, and trading companies. You should understand their needs and requirements and provide customized solutions.
Promote the company's thermal coal products and services to potential customers. Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
?Trading Operations
Execute import transactions of bulk thermal coal, including placing orders, arranging shipping, and coordinating customs clearance. You must ensure all transactions are in compliance with import regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Monitor market conditions to make timely decisions on buying and selling.
Prepare and analyze trading reports, including profit and loss statements, volume reports, and market analysis summaries.
?Risk Management
Identify and assess potential risks in the thermal coal import business, such as price fluctuations, supply disruptions, and regulatory changes. You need to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage credit risks associated with suppliers and customers. Conduct credit evaluations and set appropriate credit limits.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and international trade policies to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks.

高效處理客戶咨詢與投訴,提升客戶滿意度。
貿(mào)易運(yùn)營
執(zhí)行散裝動(dòng)力煤進(jìn)口交易,包括下單、安排運(yùn)輸和協(xié)調(diào)清關(guān)事宜。須確保所有交易符合進(jìn)口法規(guī)及公司政策。
管理庫存水平以優(yōu)化存量并降低成本,根據(jù)市場動(dòng)態(tài)及時(shí)做出購銷決策。
