Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. 海外社交媒體運(yùn)營(方向一):
-協(xié)助策劃與制作國際招生相關(guān)社交媒體內(nèi)容,包括圖文、短視頻、海報等視覺素材。
-熟悉海外社交媒體平臺,協(xié)助運(yùn)營和維護(hù)官方海外社交媒體賬號(如 Instagram、Facebook、YouTube 等),包括內(nèi)容排期、發(fā)布、互動與基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)整理。
-協(xié)助組織與執(zhí)行國際招生相關(guān)線上/線下宣傳活動(如線上宣講、教育展、活動物料準(zhǔn)備等)。
-協(xié)助日常行政事務(wù)。
-完成上級交辦的其他工作。
2. 協(xié)助海外市場拓展與院校合作(方向二):
-協(xié)助搜集、整理和分析海外合作院校、潛在伙伴機(jī)構(gòu)及相關(guān)教育展會信息。
-支持開展海外市場調(diào)研,整理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)與簡要報告(如市場情況、渠道反饋等)。
-協(xié)助組織新生答疑會/線上咨詢活動(如會議安排、嘉賓/學(xué)生聯(lián)絡(luò)、材料準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場支持等)。
-協(xié)助接待海外合作院?;蚝献骰锇閬碓L(如日程協(xié)調(diào)、會務(wù)支持、資料準(zhǔn)備等)。
-協(xié)助辦公室日常行政事務(wù)。
-完成上級交代的其他工作。
Qualifications and Requirements
-本科以上學(xué)歷,市場、傳播、國際關(guān)系、設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
-能用英語作為主要工作語言,留學(xué)生優(yōu)先。
-方向一加分項:熟悉社交媒體平臺運(yùn)營與內(nèi)容制作;具備基礎(chǔ)圖片處理或視頻剪輯能力。
-方向二加分項:溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),擅長活動組織與對外聯(lián)絡(luò);具備市場調(diào)研與信息整理能力。
-具備良好的跨文化溝通意識、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力和多任務(wù)處理能力。
-積極主動,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),能適應(yīng)國際化工作環(huán)境。
-如申請方向一:申請材料中請?zhí)峁哼^往宣傳物料/作品集或運(yùn)營的社交媒體賬號內(nèi)容鏈接(如適用)
Salary and Benefits
本科:200元/天;碩士:220元/天
English Version
Track A: Overseas Social Media & Communications
? Support the planning and production of international admissions content, including short videos, posters, and other digital assets.
? Assist in managing official overseas social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), including content calendars, posting, community engagement, and basic performance tracking.
? Support the execution of online and in-person recruitment initiatives (e.g., webinars, education fairs, and event collateral preparation).
? Provide general administrative support and handle other duties assigned by the team.
Track B: Overseas Market Development & Partnerships Support
? Research and compile information on potential overseas partner universities/organizations and relevant education fairs/events.
? Assist with overseas market research and prepare concise summaries or brief reports (e.g., market insights, partner/channel feedback).
? Support new student Q&A sessions and online consultation events (e.g., scheduling, coordinating guests/students, preparing materials, on-site/online logistics).
? Support visits from overseas partner institutions (e.g., agenda coordination, meeting logistics, and materials preparation).
? Provide general administrative support and handle other duties assigned by the team.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above (current students or recent graduates welcome). Majors in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Design, or related fields are preferred.
? Strong English proficiency; international students are preferred. (Basic Chinese is a plus.)
? Track A preferred: Familiar with social media operations and content creation; basic skills in image editing and/or video editing are an advantage.
? Track B preferred: Strong coordination and communication skills; experience in event planning and external liaison; able to conduct research and synthesize information clearly.
? Strong cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
? Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.
? Portfolio (Track A): Please include samples/links (e.g., posters, short videos, social media accounts/pages, screenshots of work).
Compensation
? Undergraduate: RMB 200/day
? Master’s: RMB 220/day
