Effectively producing intermediates and drug substances by operating complex processing
equipment independently according to the Plant Master Procedure (i.e. PMP) in compliance
with SOP, HSE, and other guidelines.
在符合 SOP, HSE 和其他規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上，按照工廠主操作規(guī)程，獨(dú)立操作復(fù)雜的工藝設(shè)備進(jìn)
行有效的醫(yī)藥中間體和最終產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)
1. Prepares equipment trains and other production variables according to the needs of the
assigned process with little or no supervision.
能夠根據(jù)指定工藝流程的需要，基本可以獨(dú)立準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備鏈和其他生產(chǎn)所需的事項(xiàng)
2. Executes the daily operations for the assigned process while following the PMP and
maintaining compliance with SOP, HSE, and other guidelines
對(duì)指定工藝流程執(zhí)行日常操作，確保符合 PMP,SOP,HSE 以及其他相關(guān)規(guī)定
3. Can independently operate all routine process equipment and systems
能夠獨(dú)立操作所有常規(guī)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)
4. Understands and carries out waste management activities in accordance with internal &
external regulations (Exhaust air, effluent, liquid & solid waste)
根據(jù)內(nèi)外部規(guī)章制度，了解并獨(dú)立進(jìn)行廢棄物處理（廢氣，廢水，廢液和固廢）
5. Reassembles & cleans most process equipment with little or no supervision
基本可以獨(dú)立進(jìn)行大部分設(shè)備的清洗和重置
6. Record all actions in batch record
在操作記錄本上及時(shí)記錄所有操作
7. Actively contributes to keeping the plant clean and properly maintained
積極參與并保持良好的車間維護(hù)和清潔
8. Provide equipment and process troubleshooting ideas
在設(shè)備和工藝出現(xiàn)問題時(shí)能提供解決建議
9. Provide process and safety improvement suggestions
提供工藝和安全改進(jìn)建議
10. Gives guidance to less experienced operators regarding equipment set-up, batch
execution activities, and equipment cleaning.
在設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備，生產(chǎn)批次執(zhí)行和設(shè)備清潔方面，對(duì)新進(jìn)員工提供指導(dǎo)
11. Can carry out assigned special tasks (e.g. process steering control analytics)
可以執(zhí)行特定的任務(wù)（如: 中控分析）
12. Can lead operating team as needed
如有需要，可以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)操作團(tuán)隊(duì)
13. Various responsibilities in accordance to GMP HSE responsibility lists of the LSC
根據(jù) GMP/HSE 要求，承擔(dān)其他相關(guān)職責(zé)
崗位要求
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，有化工/制藥行業(yè)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的可以放寬到中專或相類似等級(jí)學(xué)歷
2. 有相關(guān)化工/制藥行業(yè)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3. 需要基本的 office 軟件使用能力
4. 有?；凡僮髯C優(yōu)先，沒有的話也可以到崗后再培訓(xùn)
5. 上崗需要做職業(yè)健康體檢

薪資&福利
1. 基本工資 5000-6000+津貼 433+餐補(bǔ) 18 元/餐，中班倒班費(fèi) 20 元每班，夜班倒班費(fèi)
50 每班，夜餐費(fèi) 24 元每餐。 綜合稅前 7-8K 左右
2. 獎(jiǎng)金預(yù)算為 1 個(gè)月基本薪資
3. 提供班車&食堂&宿舍

上班時(shí)間： 8 小時(shí)三班倒，早班 08:00-16:00，中班 16:00-24:00，夜班 24:00-08:00.
一周倒班一次。周末&節(jié)假日休息
3. 有倒班津貼：中班 RMB20/班，夜班 RMB50/班，野餐補(bǔ)貼 RMB24/班
4. 有可能要加班，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求，每月不超 36 小時(shí)
