職責描述:
1. Plan and execute global project; manage and coordinate global RD team to archive (design timing, technical solution, and defect investigation). Manage the developing schedule, budget, expense etc. of the project; following project management processes and work tightly with OEM project manager on behalf of RD side.
2. Project team coordination: manage cross function team (sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, finance, etc) across different regions; communicate and track functional deliverables, mainly focus on RD deliverables by following master timing; motivate and encourage team work. Coordinate project resources to handle issue, problem, defect, etc.
4. Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.
5.Support project purchasing of samples PR/PO. On site support samples building.
6. Report project status to TPM leader regularly.
任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive relative major.
Minimum 3 years automotive experience and Minimum 2 year project management experience.
Depends on the interview if the candidate is outstanding.
2. Strong leadership behavior in order to manage and motivate RD team members. Good skill to communicate smoothly with RD specialists.
3. Good English in written and verbal
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Able to work under pressure, like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
