JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: ? Be the interface as GCR Customer Service to our Headquarters. ? Manage the order entry and cooperate with the follow up of GCR requests. ? Act as the liaison between Logistics and the rest of the departments. ? Management and distribution of general statistics reports for all departments checking and ensuring quality of data. ? Customer Service needs focused SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ? Bachelor degree major in Logistic or Management; ? More than 2 years similar work experience. ? Good communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proactive, accountable, good team-player, willing to work under pressure and with the ability to work independently. ? Languages - Mandarin and English. ? Proficiency in office applications or small software competency.
