崗位職責(zé):
1.公司提供定制化的職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃，包括跨部門輪崗、全方位的綜合培訓(xùn)等內(nèi)容，全面了解外資制造企業(yè)的工作流程。
KSB provides customized career development plans, including cross-departmental rotation, all-round comprehensive training and other elements, and a comprehensive understanding of the workflow of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises.
2.跨部門溝通與協(xié)作，參與部門重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行以及新產(chǎn)品國(guó)產(chǎn)化項(xiàng)目的導(dǎo)入，并接受相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)。
Cross-sectoral communication and collaboration, participation in the implementation of key departmental projects as well as the introduction of new product localization projects, and receive relevant professional knowledge training.
3.參與戰(zhàn)略性采購(gòu)全周期管理（End-to-end Strategic Sourcing），協(xié)助完成從供應(yīng)商尋源Sourcing、RFQ分析到框架協(xié)議簽訂的全流程。
Participate in End-to-end Strategic Sourcing, assisting in the whole process from supplier sourcing, RFQ analysis to framework agreement signing.
4.運(yùn)用TCO模型進(jìn)行采購(gòu)成本分析，通過should-cost modeling識(shí)別降本機(jī)會(huì)，協(xié)助部門完成PPV/CPT目標(biāo)。
Apply TCO modeling for purchasing cost analysis, identify cost reduction opportunities through should-cost modeling, and assist the department in accomplishing PPV/CPT goals.
5.維護(hù)合格供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)ASLM，參與供應(yīng)商KPI Dashboard的管理。
Maintain the Qualified Supplier Management System ASLM and participate in the management of the Supplier KPI Dashboard.
6.定期參加Global Sourcing Committee, 了解并及時(shí)傳遞category strategy。
Participate in the Global Sourcing Committee on a regular basis to understand and communicate category strategy in a timely manner.
7.運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工具SAP、OA、KI PLANT等進(jìn)行采購(gòu)流程的管理，確保合規(guī)性。
Utilize system tools SAP, OA, KI PLANT, etc. for procurement process management to ensure compliance.
8.協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理處理日常工作，包括會(huì)議組織、文件管理、報(bào)告準(zhǔn)備等。
Assisting line managers in their day-to-day work, including meeting organization, document management and report preparation.
9.出差到合作伙伴處，跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展并解決相關(guān)問題，并完成相關(guān)的出差報(bào)告，確保信息的充分溝通。
Travel to partners to track project progress and resolve issues, and complete related trip reports to ensure adequate communication of information.
任職要求:
1、教育水平 Education：統(tǒng)招本科及以上
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience：應(yīng)屆生或兩年內(nèi)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、專業(yè)/知識(shí)要求 Knowledge：材料類或機(jī)械工程類專業(yè)
4、技能要求Skills：熟練使用Word, PPT, EXCEL等辦公軟件，具備良好的英語(yǔ)水平，可進(jìn)行書面/口語(yǔ)交流
5、語(yǔ)言Language：英語(yǔ)流利，同時(shí)會(huì)德語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先
6、其他Others：具備較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，良好的持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，熱愛挑戰(zhàn)，對(duì)制造業(yè)感興趣，將常州作為未來長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的城市。
