工作內(nèi)容：
· 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量統(tǒng)籌與規(guī)劃： 深入?yún)⑴c各類整車及平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，對(duì)接項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理；整合項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量信息，制定并動(dòng)態(tài)管理項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、關(guān)鍵交付節(jié)點(diǎn)與質(zhì)量活動(dòng)規(guī)劃。Project Quality Coordination and Planning: Deeply participate in various vehicle and platform project meetings and coordinate with project managers; integrate project quality information, formulate and dynamically manage project quality briefings, key delivery milestones and quality activity plans.
· 問題管理與流程協(xié)調(diào)： 建立并維護(hù)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量待辦清單（Backlog），系統(tǒng)追蹤、復(fù)盤影響項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的內(nèi)外部因素與問題，協(xié)調(diào)資源并推動(dòng)閉環(huán)解決。優(yōu)化跨部門質(zhì)量流程，確保協(xié)同效率。Issue Management and Process Coordination: Establish and maintain the project quality backlog, systematically track and review internal and external factors and issues affecting project quality, coordinate resources and drive closed-loop resolution. Optimize cross-departmental quality processes to ensure collaboration efficiency.
· 質(zhì)量資源配置與優(yōu)化： 協(xié)助管理層進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目級(jí)質(zhì)量資源的規(guī)劃與預(yù)算，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目階段和質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整資源配置方案，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源效益最大化。Quality Resource Allocation and Optimization: Assist the management in planning and budgeting for project-level quality resources, dynamically adjust resource allocation plans according to project phases and quality risks, and maximize resource efficiency.
· 內(nèi)外部協(xié)同與生態(tài)建設(shè)： 作為質(zhì)量接口，聯(lián)動(dòng)研發(fā)、采購(gòu)、項(xiàng)目管理、產(chǎn)品管理、財(cái)務(wù)等內(nèi)部支持部門，以及VCTC、VCIC、合資公司等外部質(zhì)量伙伴。主導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量話題的橫向推進(jìn)，構(gòu)建高效協(xié)同的質(zhì)量生態(tài)。 Internal and External Collaboration and Ecosystem Development: Act as the quality interface to link internal support departments such as R&D, procurement, project management, product management, and finance, as well as external quality partners including VCTC, VCIC, and joint ventures. Lead the horizontal advancement of key quality topics and build an efficient and collaborative quality ecosystem.
· 體系與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落地： 與VCTC質(zhì)量部門形成“One Team”工作模式，明確責(zé)任分工。負(fù)責(zé)將整車級(jí)質(zhì)量管理體系、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方法論（如China Standards、IPDT Q-Gate、Vehicle Q-Gate、Q-KPI、KGAS等）本地化承接與優(yōu)化，制定符合CEA項(xiàng)目實(shí)際的分層放行機(jī)制與流程檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 System and Standard Implementation: Adopt a “One Team” working model with the VCTC Quality Department and clarify the division of responsibilities. Be responsible for the localized adoption and optimization of vehicle-level quality management systems, standards and methodologies (such as China Standards, IPDT Q-Gate, Vehicle Q-Gate, Q-KPI, KGAS, etc.), and formulate hierarchical release mechanisms and process inspection standards that align with the actual situation of CEA projects.
· 質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行與推動(dòng)： 依據(jù)公司及上級(jí)質(zhì)量部門戰(zhàn)略，策劃并部署項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量活動(dòng)，確保各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量交付物在各技術(shù)領(lǐng)域（Domain）的有效推行與達(dá)標(biāo)。Quality Strategy Execution and Promotion: In accordance with the strategies of the company and the superior quality department, plan and deploy quality activities at key project milestones, ensuring the effective implementation and compliance of all quality deliverables across various technical domains.
· 實(shí)施監(jiān)控與報(bào)告： 統(tǒng)籌、跟蹤質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和專項(xiàng)在各領(lǐng)域的實(shí)施情況。整合并輸出項(xiàng)目級(jí)質(zhì)量報(bào)告，協(xié)助質(zhì)量工程師上升和解決重大跨域質(zhì)量問題，確保質(zhì)量目標(biāo)達(dá)成。Implementation Monitoring and Reporting: Coordinate and track the implementation of quality standards and special initiatives across all domains. Integrate and issue project-level quality reports, assist quality engineers in escalating and resolving major cross-domain quality issues, and ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
· 數(shù)字化工具賦能： 參與質(zhì)量流程數(shù)字化、工具化戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)同質(zhì)量工具團(tuán)隊(duì)，規(guī)劃和推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目級(jí)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用，提升質(zhì)量管理效率。Digital Tool Empowerment: Participate in the digitalization and toolization strategy of quality processes, collaborate with the quality tool team, plan and promote the construction and application of project-level quality data platforms, and improve the efficiency of quality management.
· 知識(shí)管理與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)： 組織策劃質(zhì)量研討會(huì)、復(fù)盤會(huì)及攻堅(jiān)會(huì)；負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外質(zhì)量成果匯報(bào)與宣傳，促進(jìn)質(zhì)量文化傳播與團(tuán)隊(duì)能力提升。Knowledge Management and Team Development: Organize and plan quality seminars, review meetings and problem-solving meetings; be responsible for reporting and promoting internal and external quality achievements, and facilitate the dissemination of quality culture and the improvement of team capabilities.
· 持續(xù)改進(jìn)與價(jià)值創(chuàng)造： 主動(dòng)識(shí)別質(zhì)量管理中的改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)與價(jià)值點(diǎn)，承接并主導(dǎo)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的特殊質(zhì)量項(xiàng)目或?qū)ｍ?xiàng)改進(jìn)任務(wù)。Continuous Improvement and Value Creation: Proactively identify improvement opportunities and value points in quality management, and undertake and lead special quality projects or special improvement tasks assigned by the leadership.

崗位要求/Required Qualification:
· 本科及以上學(xué)歷相關(guān)專業(yè)（如計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、軟件工程、電氣工程等）Bachelor or above degree in a relevant major (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
· 5年以上汽車行業(yè)或者互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)項(xiàng)目保質(zhì)保量的交付有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。More than 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry or the internet industry, with rich experience in ensuring the delivery of projects with guaranteed quality and quantity.
· 汽車軟件產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有產(chǎn)品需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和分析方法論 Knowledge and experience in automotive software product design, with practical experience in product requirements analysis and design, familiar with product design and analysis methodologies
· 汽車行業(yè)軟、硬件質(zhì)量管理/保證知識(shí) Knowledge in software/hardware quality management/assurance in automotive industry.
· 優(yōu)秀的溝通技能，堅(jiān)定的質(zhì)量信念，能夠說服各方統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)，達(dá)成各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量要求Excellent communication skills, strong quality belief, capable of persuading all parties to align understanding and achieve various quality requirements.
· 了解大眾汽車的要求 Familiar with Volkswagen specific requirements (e.g. PEP, Formel Q, QPN-I, KGAS etc.)
· 了解行業(yè)相關(guān)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實(shí)踐 Knowledge of industry related quality standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO26262, ISO21434, etc.)
· 了解常用軟硬件產(chǎn)品及項(xiàng)目相關(guān)管理工具 Knowledge of SW/HW product and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, Polarion, Teams, etc.)
崗位需要和客戶英語對(duì)話，英語口語能力是硬性要求。
