崗位內(nèi)容/Your Tasks：
1. Background of hardware development: Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics; Good understanding of electronic components and their characteristics; Deep knowledge of component failure modes and failure mechanisms; Familiar with hardware diagnostic capabilities and limitations. 有硬件開發(fā)背景：能夠解讀電子原理圖；對(duì)電子元器件及其特性有較好的理解；比較深的掌握元器件的失效模式和機(jī)制；熟悉硬件診斷的能力和界限。
2. Good knowledge of ISO 26262 part 5: Good understanding of functional safety requirements for hardware, including diagnostic concepts, calculation of SPFM, LFM, and PMHF, as well as the development and evaluation of failure models. 掌握ISO26262第5部分：對(duì)于功能安全對(duì)硬件的要求有比較好的理解，包括診斷概念， 計(jì)算單點(diǎn)故障度量，潛藏故障度量和隨機(jī)硬件失效度量，以及失效模式的分析和評(píng)估
3. Functional Safety & Diagnostics Know-how: Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic coverage, safety mechanisms, and hardware architectural metrics. 了解功能安全和診斷的知識(shí)點(diǎn)：全面理解診斷覆蓋率，安全機(jī)制和硬件架構(gòu)度量。
崗位要求/Your Qualifications：
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hardware development or FUSA hardware in automotive industry 至少2年汽車行業(yè)硬件開發(fā)或硬件功能安全工程師的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Trained in ISO26262 application and experienced in project 受訓(xùn)過ISO26262的應(yīng)用并且有相關(guān)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Trained in FUSA_hardware tools (Medini preferred) 受訓(xùn)過硬件功能安全工具培訓(xùn)（Medini優(yōu)先）
4.Good English skills (spoken and written) 良好的英語讀寫能力
5.Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross functional teams 較強(qiáng)的跨部門交流溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作能力
