YourResponsibilities 1. Responsible for Litho process new technology setup and qualification in new project technologies, equipment, materials and processes for mass production purpose or AT&S TDI Technology Roadmap achievement. 2. Execution of feasibility studies on new engineering concepts and hypothesis. Definition and implementation of measurement rule or guideline to secure and achieve customer requirements or yield target. 3. Generates written documentation of procedures, additional study, design guideline & standard specification. (including training to related department) 4. Liaise with external suppliers (equipment, material or chemical suppliers) and relevant departments for technological development and advancement. Define relevant processes, equipment or tools specifications & project timeline for new projects. (including purchase request preparation) 5. Ensure new process stability and robustness which compliance with full processes to achieve high quality and reliable products. 6. Involvement in Intelligence disclosure idea sharing or submission. 7. Continuous justification or fulfilment on cost saving, resources optimization & EHS requirements. Your Profile 1. Minimum education level from bachelor’s degree in engineering basis. 2. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree 3. Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949) 4. Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP 5. Good analytical skills with attention to details. 6. Good stress management skills 7. Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage) 8. Open minded approach and willing to overcome new challenges. 9. Good team working spirit 10. Good communication and negotiation skills 11. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) 12. Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain period of time.
