崗位職責(zé)(Job Responsibilities):
· 供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與管理:負責(zé)供應(yīng)商的篩選、評估、開發(fā)及管理,確保供應(yīng)商能夠滿足公司產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、交期和成本要求。
Responsible for the selection, evaluation, development, and management of suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s product quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
· 供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化:分析和優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié),提升供應(yīng)鏈效率,降低成本,確保原材料和零部件的及時供應(yīng)。
Analyze and optimize various stages of the supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
· 供應(yīng)商談判:與供應(yīng)商就價格、交貨期、合同條款等方面進行談判,確保供應(yīng)協(xié)議具有競爭力并符合公司需求。
Negotiate with suppliers on price, lead time, contract terms, and other aspects to ensure supply agreements are competitive and meet company needs.
· 技術(shù)支持與協(xié)調(diào):與技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等部門緊密合作,確保供應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品滿足技術(shù)要求,并協(xié)助解決生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題。
Collaborate closely with the technical, production, and quality departments to ensure the supplied products meet technical requirements and assist in resolving technical issues during production.
· 風(fēng)險管理:識別和分析供應(yīng)鏈中的潛在風(fēng)險,采取有效措施降低風(fēng)險,確保供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性。
Identify and analyze potential risks in the supply chain, take effective measures to mitigate risks, and ensure supply
chain stability.
· 供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)分析:收集和分析供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),編制相關(guān)報告,為供應(yīng)鏈決策提供支持。
Collect and analyze supply chain-related data, prepare reports to support supply chain decision-making.
· 供應(yīng)商關(guān)系維護:維護與現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商的良好關(guān)系,及時解決供應(yīng)過程中出現(xiàn)的任何問題,確保供應(yīng)商滿意度。
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers, promptly address any issues that arise during supply processes, and ensure supplier satisfaction.
任職要求(Qualifications):
1. 教育背景:具有供應(yīng)鏈管理、工程、機械、電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:至少2-3年在供應(yīng)鏈管理、采購或技術(shù)支持相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗,具有供應(yīng)商開發(fā)和管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or technical support, with experience in supplier development and management preferred.
3. 技術(shù)背景:具備一定的技術(shù)背景,能夠理解和評估供應(yīng)的技術(shù)要求,能與技術(shù)團隊和供應(yīng)商有效溝通。
Solid technical background, capable of understanding and evaluating technical requirements for supplies, with the
ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and suppliers.
4. 供應(yīng)商談判技巧:具備較強的供應(yīng)商談判技巧,能夠在價格、交貨期和服務(wù)等方面與供應(yīng)商達成共識。
Strong supplier negotiation skills, capable of reaching consensus with suppliers on price, lead time, and service
terms.
5. 問題解決能力:具備出色的問題分析和解決能力,能夠應(yīng)對供應(yīng)鏈中出現(xiàn)的各種問題。
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to address various issues arising within the supply chain.
6. 供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化能力:熟悉供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化工具和方法,如庫存管理、物流調(diào)度、流程改進等。
Familiar with supply chain optimization tools and methods, such as inventory management, logistics scheduling, and process improvement.
7. 溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力:優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠與供應(yīng)商、內(nèi)部團隊及其他相關(guān)部門保持高效溝通。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other departments.
8. 英語能力:具備良好的英文讀寫能力,能夠流利閱讀技術(shù)文檔和進行國際供應(yīng)商溝通。
Good written and spoken English skills, able to fluently read technical documents and communicate with international suppliers.
9. 計算機技能:熟練使用Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel),了解ERP系統(tǒng)和供應(yīng)鏈管理軟件的使用。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiar with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
