崗位職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
1. 日常行政管理 / Daily Administrative Operations
負責(zé)日常行政支持,包括文件整理、資料歸檔、會議安排及辦公事務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)。
Provide general administrative support including document management, filing,
meeting scheduling, and office coordination.
2. 中英文商務(wù)溝通 / Chinese & English Business Communication
以流利的中英文進行商務(wù)溝通,包括郵件、視頻會議、電話與跨部門協(xié)調(diào)。
Conduct business communication in fluent Chinese and English, including emails, video calls, phone conversations, and cross-team coordination.
3. 中英文文件撰寫與翻譯 / Bilingual Documentation & Translation
撰寫、編輯與翻譯中英文文件,如報告、通知、會議紀要與基礎(chǔ)合約草稿。
Draft, edit, and translate bilingual documents such as reports, memos, meeting
minutes, and basic contract drafts.
4. 經(jīng)濟特區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)支持 / SEZ Administrative Support
協(xié)助經(jīng)濟特區(qū)相關(guān)行政流程,與多國籍團隊溝通協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行上級交辦的任務(wù)。
Support Special Economic Zone (SEZ) administrative procedures and coordinate with multinational teams to execute management tasks.
5. 數(shù)據(jù)處理與系統(tǒng)錄入 / Data Handling & System Entry
根據(jù)需求完成數(shù)據(jù)錄入、信息整理及行政系統(tǒng)操作,確保資料準確性。
Perform data entry, information consolidation, and administrative system operations with accuracy.
6. 外賓接待與商務(wù)支持 / Visitor Reception & Business Support
協(xié)助接待訪客、外賓與合作伙伴,并支援主管的日常行政需求。
Assist in receiving visitors and business partners, and provide daily administrative support to supervisors.
7. 上級交辦的其他事項 / Other Tasks Assigned
能獨立完成臨時任務(wù)及行政項目。
Handle ad-hoc assignments and administrative projects independently.
三、任職要求 / Requirements
1. 中文+英文流利(商務(wù)工作等級) / Fluent Chinese & English (Business Level)
能獨立處理英文會議、書面溝通及跨文化溝通。
Able to handle English meetings, written communication, and cross-cultural
interactions independently.
2. 本科及以上學(xué)歷 / Bachelor’s Degree or Above
工商管理、國際貿(mào)易、語言、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)科系優(yōu)先。
Majors such as Business Administration, International Trade, Languages, or related fields preferred.
3. 有海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 / Overseas Experience Preferred
具備海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先錄用。
Candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件 / Computer Skills
熟悉 Word、Excel、PowerPoint,能獨立制作簡報與基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)整理。
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of preparing presentations and basic data analysis.
5. 良好的跨文化溝通能力 / Cross-Cultural Communication Skills
能在多國籍團隊中穩(wěn)定合作,態(tài)度專業(yè)穩(wěn)重。
Able to work efficiently in a multicultural team with professionalism and clear
communication.
6. 能適應(yīng)海外長期工作(兩年) / Overseas Adaptability
具備穩(wěn)定性、責(zé)任感與執(zhí)行力,能接受兩年海外合約。
Strong sense of responsibility and stability, willing to work overseas for a two-year contract.
7. 性別不拘,品行良好 / No Gender Restriction; Good Conduct
無不良嗜好,具備保密意識與職業(yè)操守。
No gender preference; must have good conduct, confidentiality awareness, and
strong work ethics.
