JD:
1. Perform HR Solutions tasks under general supervision. E.g., Liaison with recruiters & potential candidates, Interview Scheduling and coordination between candidate & interviewers, general documentation & work trackers update - ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and accuracy of data/details.
2. Data administration responsibilities - to ensure potential candidates scheduled details or changes are performed accurately and updated in HRIS system (e.g., Workday, Service Now)
3. Maintain good partnership within team, country HR, HR Business lead, HR community, Center of Excellence (COEs) and other functional team across JAPAC country and regions in achieving HR operation strategies and functional goals.
4. Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate but remain responsible for the HR escalation completion by tracking progress, and providing continuous feedback to recruiters, hiring managers, stakeholders, country HRs etc on status of their inquiries or interview schedules.
5. Leverage E2E process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries quickly and execute day-to-day operational activities and tasks.
6. Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different business/countries.
Requirements:
1. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3. Experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services industry/set up will be an advantage.
4. Able to converse, read and write in English - required.
5. Experience managing HR system data, processes and HR enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee, and manager self-service) how they work within a customer service business environment (ServiceNow preferred) and ERP system (Workday)
6. Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, employment legislation and compliance for relevant jurisdiction and requirements in Human Resources
7. Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
