Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organization:
Full responsibility to manage China Dining& Lifestyle SCM, including demand planning, customer service, logistics and warehousing management, to support commercial success by fulfilling sales delivery requirement as well as inventory control targets.
Main Position Tasks:
1. Develop accurate forecasts for all channels (EC, offline, Retail shops, Wholesales B2B), place orders in SAP system and follow up the orders and delivery. Make-up transfer order for concession and outlet shops availability checking, delivery and post goods follow up, Including
? Rolling Forecast and adjustment of Planning if needed in coordination with Global Demand Planning
? Monitoring of Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Requisition
? Stock Responsibility DC China: Definition of Coverage Profiles MOQ's (Minimum Order Quantities), Stock analysis, Monitoring Backlogs, DC China Master Data, etc.
? Initiate Process Optimizations if needed ( E-Commerce SCM ERP system upgrading, etc)
2. Logistics Supplier Management:
? Evaluate and select suitable logistics suppliers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
? Periodically assess the service quality, transportation efficiency, and cost control of logistics suppliers to ensure they meet the company's logistics requirements.
3. Distribution and Warehouse Management:
? Optimize Distribution Processes: Improve distribution efficiency and accuracy.
? Delivery Planning: Arrange delivery schedules based on customer needs and order details to ensure timely delivery.
? Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse layout and ensure the safe storage of goods.
? Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock in a timely manner to avoid stockouts.
4. Own stores and customers order management:
? Order Tracking and Exception Handling: Monitor import and export orders and handle any exceptions that arise.
Customs and Regulatory Compliance:
? Customs Declaration and Clearance: Handle customs declarations and ensure smooth customs clearance.
? Trade Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Education:
University degree in SCM, Logistics Engineering, etc.
Type and length of necessary job experience:
? Service attitude to support sales and customers requirements on goods delivery and ultimately commercial goal.
? At least 5+ years of working experience, with hands-on knowledge in Logistics Data, Planning & Forecast and comfortable with SAP system.
? Stand for corporate values, role model in business ethics and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
? Strong business acumen and always seeking better solution & improvement.
? Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex SCM/operational issues/problems under pressure.
? Demonstrates a high level of professionalism & leadership, also play active team player role with great communication skill.
? Patience and attention to details, multi-tasking and pressure-handling skills.
? Import-Export declaration & regulation knowhow.
? Proficient at SAP, Excel (including statistics, pivot table) and PowerPoint
? Native level Mandarin Chinese, excellent spoken & written English.
