Job Purpose / 崗位職責(zé):
The Site Accountant plays a key role in supporting operational and financial management by consolidating and analyzing data related to production, raw material consumption, energy usage, and costs. The accountant is responsible for preparing daily reports, managing cash flow, creating proforma invoices for clients, and supporting various administrative and financial tasks as needed. The position ensures timely, accurate financial reporting to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責(zé):
1、Collaborate closely with the Production Department and Operations team to gather, consolidate, and analyze data related to production output, raw material use, energy consumption, and related operational metrics. / 與生產(chǎn)部門(mén)和運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,收集、整合并分析與產(chǎn)量、原材料使用、能源消耗及相關(guān)運(yùn)營(yíng)指標(biāo)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)。
2、Provide daily production status reports and financial summaries to the management team. / 向管理團(tuán)隊(duì)提供生產(chǎn)日?qǐng)?bào)和財(cái)務(wù)摘要。
3、Prepare and manage cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure strong financial oversight. / 準(zhǔn)備并管理現(xiàn)金流報(bào)告和預(yù)測(cè),確保財(cái)務(wù)狀況受控。
4、Create and issue proforma invoices and other client-related financial documents as required. / 根據(jù)需要制作并出具形式發(fā)票及其他客戶相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)文件。

Requirements / 任職要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. / 會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2、At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial production, or a similar setting. / 至少3年會(huì)計(jì)或財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造業(yè)、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)等行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
