1 Technical Tasks:
·Standards, Regulations
Being informed to appropriated quality-procedures, norms and standards, to the requirements-specification and the design-checklist also with consideration of it during the development-process
·CAD 3D – Creation of Models:
3D - components
Changes due to strength etc.
Creation of prototypes
Creation of measuring devices, light- and vibration- measuring devices
·3D – File Administration
Discarding CAD-files to the PDM-system (TeamCenter) according to ZKW-standards
·Changes:
Implementation of design-changes
·Reconcilements and Instructions placed by Chief Design Engineer / System Design Engineer:
Reconcilement conversations with Chief Design Engineer, consultation of design standards, feasibility analyses etc.
·File exchange with the customer, suppliers and internal:
Sending or importing files after consultation with Chief Design Engineer
·Creating of 2D - Drawings:
In reconcilement with Chief Design Engineer: creating of 2D – drawings in consideration according to standards, tolerances etc.
2 Functional Qualifications:
·Basic knowledge of design (2D and 3D)
·MS Office skills
·Knowledge of norms and standards (general norms, drawing standards, geometric tolerances,...)
·Design experience in injection molding, know injection molding process
·Familiar with CATIA or UG
3 Education:
·University degree [Master or Bachelor] (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics engineering)

·與客戶、供應(yīng)商及內(nèi)部之間文件交換
與主設(shè)計(jì)工程師商量后收發(fā)文檔
·創(chuàng)建2D圖紙
與主設(shè)計(jì)工程師溝通:考慮依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、公差等創(chuàng)建2D圖紙
2專業(yè)要求:
·基本的設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)(2D和3D)
·辦公軟件技巧
·了解規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(通用規(guī)范、繪圖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、幾何公差等)
·塑料產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),懂注塑工藝
·熟練使用CATIA 或者UG
