Responsibilities:
1. Test Assets & Inventory Management:
1) Be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of test equipment and assets, including but not limited to data loggers, sensors, diagnostic tools;
2) Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory system for all test assets, ensuring accurate real-time status (available, in-use, under calibration, under maintenance);
3) Execute the receiving, tagging, storage, and issuance of all test equipment and materials;
4) Safety stock establishment and daily management. i.e. PPE, test consumables;
5) Coordinate regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies;
6) Control the distribution and return of test assets, documenting the process meticulously;
2. Test Vehicle Administration & Compliance:
1) Procure and manage temporary vehicle licenses for all test vehicles, meticulously tracking their application, collection, and expiration dates;
2) Arrange and manage comprehensive insurance policies for the test vehicle fleet, including processing claims when necessary;
3) Maintain all test vehicle documentation (insurance, temporary licenses, inspection reports), proactively reminding stakeholders of upcoming expirations to avoid compliance issues;
3. Process Improvement & Department Support:
1) Continuously identify and implement improvements in asset management and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
2) Provide logistical support for special testing projects and field tests as required;
3) Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment in storage area. Safety and risk assessment for onsite working area and process;
4) Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, status, and related KPIs for management review.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
2) At least 2 years' experience in asset management, inventory control, or logistics coordination, preferably in an automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environment;
3) Proven experience in handling warehouse management and vehicle-related administration (license, insurance) is a significant advantage.
