Job Responsibilities:

Job requirements:
1. College diploma or above, major in engineering related fields such as civil engineering, construction engineering, etc., with intermediate or higher professional titles;
2. Under 55 years old, with over 10 years of work experience in the real estate construction industry, having served as the main person in charge of large-scale comprehensive (residential, commercial, hotel) real estate enterprise projects;

4、協(xié)助工程招投標、預決算等方面工作；
5、強化現(xiàn)場文明施工，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和妥善處理突發(fā)性事件；
6、統(tǒng)籌前期報建、過程施工、項目營銷管控等。
任職要求：
1、統(tǒng)招大學?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，工民建、土木工程、建筑工程等工程類相關專業(yè)，中級以上職稱；
2、55周歲以下，10年以上房地產(chǎn)建筑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，擔任過大型綜合類（住宅、商業(yè)、酒店）房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)項目的主要負責人職位；
3、具備較強的項目施工現(xiàn)場管理能力，具有較高的建筑施工技術及問題解決能力，具有較強的責任心及執(zhí)行力；
4、熟悉土木建筑工程、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設相關專業(yè)知識，掌握國家及本地區(qū)相關土建規(guī)范、驗評標準及相關法律法規(guī)，熟悉工程項目管理知識及方法。
