一、主要職責:
1、全面負責天然氣處理廠的安全、生產(chǎn)、人員、設備管理，是站內第一負責人；全面組織協(xié)調站內運行、安全、維護、團隊管理；

3、參與天然氣處理站內裝置的調試前檢查、缺陷整改、單機及全廠試運、達產(chǎn)達標管理方案制定與執(zhí)行；
4、負責天然氣處理廠編制調試程序、操作手冊、報表匯報材料及培訓資料；
5、審批天然氣處理裝置運行計劃、檢維修計劃、安全技術措施等；
6、貫徹QHSE管理制度，落實PTW、JSA等安全流程，主持并參與事故處理與演練，負責作業(yè)與對外匯報；推進安全文化建設、標準化運維體系；
7、協(xié)調業(yè)主、上級管理單位、外協(xié)單位溝通工作；
8、指導運維人員開展日常生產(chǎn)操作和故障應急響應，提高現(xiàn)場獨立運行能力；
9、負責操作團隊分工、績效評估及目標推進。
二、主要任職資格要求:
1、石油天然氣，化工或其他石油主干專業(yè)等相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；
2、8年以上油氣項目調試或運維經(jīng)驗；
3、熟悉DCS/SIS/PLC系統(tǒng)、關鍵設備啟動邏輯、工藝流程控制；
4、具備天然氣處理中控操作工作經(jīng)歷；
5、有良好的現(xiàn)場協(xié)調能力和技術指導能力；
6、英語良好，能作為工作語言，能接受海外長期駐場。
三、薪酬福利

1. Main responsibilities:

5）Approve the operation plan, inspection and maintenance plan, safety technical measures, etc. of the natural gas treatment device;
6）Implement the QHSE management system, implement safety processes such as PTW and JSA, preside over and participate in accident handling and drills, and be responsible for operations and foreign exchange reports. promote the construction of safety culture and standardized operation and maintenance system;
7）Coordinate the communication between owners, superior management units and outsourcing units;

2. Main qualification requirements:

3. Salary and benefits
