University Degree (Computer or IT related)

3-5 years of technical experience

Customer service experience where primary duty included interaction with end-users

Strong interpersonal skills with inclination to courtesy and professionalism

Effective problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and seek assistance when necessary

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience working in a team environment where collaboration was necessary Occasional travel required
