Responsibility:
Mainly responsible for Workday related HR Support to Japan customers. Detailed responsibilities as below:
1. Workday data maintenance.
2. Workday Learning/HR operation cases handling.
3. Workday adoption project enrollment.
4. Stakeholder service management.
5. Training for Junior members.
Requirement:
1. Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written.
2. Good English language skill in written.
3. Microsoft Office Skills(Excel, Word, PPT)
4. 3 years+ HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or HR SSC/Operation experience.
5. Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation/migration.
6. Nice to have Excel VBA, Access SQL, Power automate Skill.
7. Customer service mindset and good communication skills.
