●Prepare for verify the importation doc. including Inv. PL, Contract; file the doc.
●Complete the customs declaration by oneself or coordinate the authorized third party to do.
●Track shipment to deliver to receipt safely and timely.
●Cooperate with the buyer to claim for compensation to supplier for unqualified/low quality of material/equipment.
●Track the clearance procedure and hand over the CD to the requisitioner.
●Application/supplement/modification of customs’ logbook; Log off customs logbook periodically.
●Follow up and audit the compliance of internal logistics of bonded material.
●Find and resolve the actual exception problem of bonded material during transfer internally. Such as Handling the bonded leftover/unqualified goods.
●Manage the equipment of free/exempt duty with finance dept. and asset dept. including outbound, repair, abandon, transfer, lost.
●Report to customs periodically and coordinate with customs staff to do the routine check. Coordinate customs’ audit well.
Qualification & Requirements

●Bachelor's degree, with seasoned working experience in import and export, familiar with import and export process and customs related laws and regulations.
●Familiar with import and export clearance process, emergency handling.
●Basic knowledge of finance and production process.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
●Experience with networked PC based computer systems.
●Good skills in office software, especially in Excel, Word.
●Good language skills in both verbal and written English.
