崗位職責(zé)：
1.組織所負(fù)責(zé)小組所有新項目的生產(chǎn)投放和參與新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和管理Lead New product launch and support new projects development and management (All projects which is responsible for in the team).
2.新項目小組成員，接口，協(xié)調(diào)人Team member/interface/coordinator between Plant and CTC for CTC projects
3.協(xié)調(diào)和解決新項目投放的各種問題Coordinate and solve the Projects launching issues .
4.協(xié)調(diào)和解決新項目在投產(chǎn)階段的設(shè)計開發(fā)問題Coordinate and solve the technical and design issues for SOP products
5.組織EC的分析和有效的實施 Leading EC analysis and implementation effectively
6.協(xié)調(diào)和明確新項目投產(chǎn)前的試驗要求Coordinate and clearify Test requirements of new launch projects
7.跟蹤內(nèi)外部項目認(rèn)可的批準(zhǔn)以及組織AS403 過程 Follow internal and external approval for new projects and lead AS403
8.及時處理客戶的反饋Deal with feedback any from customer in time
9.相關(guān)項目文檔的準(zhǔn)備Related project files preparation
10.組織跟蹤樣件制作交付的全過程Organize and follow whole samples building and delivery process
11.項目的客戶溝通 Project communication with customer
12.3C/Emark 文件的準(zhǔn)備(AB不涉及) 3C/Emark documents preparation（AB not application）
13.支持VEVA 的分析和執(zhí)行Support VEVA analysis and implementation
14.支持項目成本的預(yù)算Support to project cost forecast
15.產(chǎn)品知識的培訓(xùn)Products knowledge training
16.PLM，QAD，ICAN 及其它產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)操作及數(shù)據(jù)分析 PLM，QAD，ICAN and other related product system operation and data analysis.

任職要求：
1.有新產(chǎn)品項目相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 Product/project related work experience
2.有英文聽說讀寫溝通能力Good at English read, write, translate; can listen and speaking.
3.有良好溝通的技能和問題解決能力 Good communication skill and problem solving skill
4.有良好的項目組織能力 Good projects leading ability
5.辦公室軟件，AutoCAD，CATIA 基本能力 MS Office, AutoCAD, Catia is required.
6.熟悉APQP/PPAP 知識Familiar with APQP/PPAP knowledge.
