Lead the design and qualification of inverter/power supply/BMS hardwares on photovoltaic/battery storage products from concept design till mass production per NPI(new product introduction) process.
2. 與系統(tǒng)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起定義產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)規(guī)格,設(shè)計(jì)權(quán)衡,驗(yàn)證測(cè)試,產(chǎn)品和工藝確認(rèn)
Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
3. 根據(jù)應(yīng)用選擇合適的電路拓?fù)?,元件,PCB 布局等
Select proper circuit topology, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
4. 驗(yàn)證硬件選項(xiàng),分析電子故障并實(shí)施糾正措施
Validate hardware options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
5. 與采購(gòu),質(zhì)量和供應(yīng)商合作,確保產(chǎn)品成本,可制造性和質(zhì)量
Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality.
6. 了解電氣產(chǎn)品安全和性能法規(guī)/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(UL/CE/ANSI…),并將其應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)
Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI … ) and apply to product design.
7. 根據(jù)電路工作原理、仿真工具、測(cè)試結(jié)果等進(jìn)行技術(shù)審查,并清楚地說(shuō)明硬件設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。在公司文件系統(tǒng)中記錄專(zhuān)利和設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)
Conduct technical review and clear illustration of hardware design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc. Document patents and design details into company documentation system
8. 在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中與本地和全球團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行有效的溝通。主動(dòng)管理技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并與利益相關(guān)者溝通
